Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

General provisions

  1. Sales take place via the Internet, in the form of a contract concluded at a distance, between the entity placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, and Raypath International, hereinafter referred to as the Online Store.
  2. The Buyer, at the latest at the time of placing an order, is obliged to familiarize himself with the Terms and Conditions.
  3. The prices of all products in the Online Store are gross prices and include VAT.
  4. The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw certain products from sale.
  5. All products in the Online Store are original and of full value.

Terms of transport and payment

  1. In order to meet your needs we leave you a choice of two payment options. During the completion of your purchase, you will decide on the form that suits you best already in the shopping cart and at the final stage.
  2. You can make payment online, that is, during the ordering process - via PAYU by bank transfer or credit card. You can also choose a cash-on-delivery option, i.e. pay in cash at the time of delivery. We encourage you to settle online - this method is faster and more convenient. Also in case of possible return of goods.
  3. We deliver shipments via DPD courier. The phone number you provided in the application form will allow the courier to contact you and arrange a delivery time. You can check the route of the shipment at www.dpd.com.pl Shipments are securely packed and insured.

  4. Online payments are made using the payment system payu.pl Transactions handled by "payu" provide the highest level of security. The latest data encryption methods combined with a world-class hardware platform guarantee the reliability of the transactions.
  5. When you choose to pay by credit card, you will be taken to www.payu.pl, which supports our store, and on its site you enter your data. This is a process analogous to making a transfer from an online bank.

Complaints and returns

  1. Before receiving the shipment, we would very much like to ask you to check carefully if by any chance the carton is not damaged. If it turns out that the package is damaged to such an extent that the Nanosilver products may also be damaged, do not accept the package and immediately notify us by phone or e-mail.
  2. After receiving the package and signing all shipping documents in the presence of the courier, please open the package and check whether the contents are not damaged. If everything is ok we thank the courier and wish him a good day.
  3. If the products are damaged then we ask the courier to make a protocol of damage to the shipment (this is the responsibility of the courier), which should be sent to our company as a scan by email (centrala@ray.pl) or a photocopy by mail.
  4. In the event that the courier refuses to issue the protocol (for example, he claims that he has run out of prints of the damage protocol and will request that the package be sent back to our company with the annotation "refusal to accept"), please call us immediately at 12/625-74-00, and we will take the consequences.
  5. After receiving the protocol from you and confirming it with the courier company, we will implement the complaint procedure. The protocol of damage to the shipment is the only basis for accepting a complaint about damage to the shipment To file a complaint we have 7 days from the date of receipt by you of the shipment, so it is important that the protocol reaches us within a maximum of 4 days from the date of delivery of the shipment - after this date complaints will not be considered.
  6. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, from the date of receipt of the shipment, without giving any reason. If this right is exercised, the Buyer is obliged to submit a written statement of withdrawal from the contract and with it send the delivered products, to the address of Raypath International. Returned goods will be accepted only if their condition is unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The product, protected from damage, should be delivered to the address: Raypath International Rzaska ul. Nad Potokiem 7a 30-199 Krakow, together with the received invoice. The returned product should be well protected in the package, so that it reaches Raypath intact. Please do not send back the goods in foil envelopes, as this does not provide adequate protection for transportation. The right of return is available only to customers who are natural persons. The right of return does not apply to legal entities and business people, if the product was purchased for the purposes of the company (legal entity, business). The money will be returned by wire transfer to the account indicated by the Buyer. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer. The online store does not accept COD shipments.
  7. Raypath International provides a warranty on its products: 18 months for individuals, 6 months for companies. The time limit for processing complaints is 14 days. If Raypath does not respond to the complaint within this period, it is considered to have recognized the complaint as justified. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the following address: Raypath International Rząska ul. Nad Potokiem 7a, 30-199 Kraków.

Privacy Policy

Making a purchase by the User in the Raypath store and registration involves consent to the collection and processing of personal data within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101 item 926 as amended) of which Raypath is the administrator. This information is used only and only for the purpose of processing the order, including the issuance of proof of sale (receipt or VAT invoice) and shipment of products. In this regard, Raypath store has the right to share the collected data with its business partners, only with a view to the efficient processing of the order. Each person has the right to inspect their data and to correct them.
